Summarised Terms and Conditions

This form should reach Ramaph Marketing Department at least seven (7) days before the presentation date.
Forms received after the presentation has been made to the group will not be entertained.
Referral Fee shall only be paid after the referred Group pays its first premium and the Once-off Policy Fees.
Since the group is allowed some cooling period, the Referral Fee will be paid 30 days after payment of the above.
Ramaph Members in good standing receives Referral Fee of R500.00 per group referred which joins.
A member of a Group cannot be paid a Referral Fee for referring a Group which he/she is a Member of.
None Ramaph Members or Ramaph Members not in good standing will receive a Referral Fee of R500.00 per group which joins.
